JX Phillips Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. is one of the worlds earliest bicycle and electric bicycle makers, famous of the R&D and innovation. We can trace the root back to 1892 in Birmingham. In the World War, we used to design and manufacture military airborne vehicles for allied special forces. JX Phillips Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. is the only manufacturer allowed to use Phillips chartered license in China.
